Android 10 su Ulefone armor 6e

Buongiorno a tutti, spinto da curiosità ho chiesto al servizio clienti di Ulefone delucidazioni sui futuri aggiornamenti di sistema e firmware. Da quanto capisco non ci saranno aggiornamenti di alcun tipo per questo telefono, anche se mi dà l'idea che non abbiano veramente risposto alla mia domanda

Hi, I am Italian, i've bought an Armor 6E in September of this year. Can you tell me if this phone will receive Android 10? If yes can you tell me when?
I see that the security patch is updated at February 2019, don't you released others improvement after?
Do Ulefone ever release his own updates?

I am sorry to tell you that The factory preset version cannot be changed and upgraded.Google certification issues, GMS does not allow forced upgrade

È un problema che hanno molte aziende più piccole rispetto alle major come Samsung, Huawei etc.. molte volte ci si ritrova con Device non aggiornabili.. Però esiste il modding..
