se intendi installare ubuntu direttamente sulla USB, non è ancora possibile..... come scrive Tassadar su xda:For now, ROM can be only in internal memory of the device, but booting from USB is planned, I am trying to get support for kexec into Ubuntu, which is essential for this.
mentre invece partire da una Rom gia modificata non cambia niente.....questo tratto dal secondo post su xda può aiutarti a capire:
Let's look at android boot process:
Code:
After kernel is started, init binary mounts all partitions, creates all necessary files and starts Android.bootloader -> kernel -> init binary -> Android
Now, how does it look with MultiROM:
Code:
MultiROM starts right after kernel, instead of the init binary. It shows the boot menu, and either does nothing (in case the user selected internal ROM) or...bootloader -> kernel -> multirom -> init binary -> Android
