This ROM has been built with cyanogen sources 2.1 (sdk7), with the addition of my customizations and optimization. The next release will bring this ROM to be very complete, faster and stable.

I'm not responsable if you bricked your phone, data lost or something else. You have to always do an nandroid backups' before updating.

Instructions:

if you come from Androbin_1.1110 follow this:

1.Unzip the package "Androbin_experimental"(launcher,theme,livewallpap ers and ROM) on your PC
2.Put the package Androbin_1.1111_jit in your SDCard.
3.disable apps2sd if was previously enabled
4.Recovery mode
5.Nandroid backup
6.Flash ROM
7.Reboot


if you come from another rom then follow this:

1.Unzip the package "Androbin_experimental"(launcher,theme,livewallpap ers and ROM) on your PC
2.Put the package Androbin_1.1111_jit in your SDCard.
3.Recovery mode
4.Nandroid backup
5.Wipe date, cache (ext partition if apps2sd was previously enabled)
6.New ext partition (if you want to enable apps2sd)
7.Flash ROM
8.Reboot


to enable apps2sd from a command prompt:

adb remount
adb shell
apps2sd on
reboot


It's highly recommended restarting a second time to allow the system to settle down.
It would be better to wait 30 seconds after the start of the device to permit full loading of the system, even if the lock screen is already visualised.

to optimize the performance of your device follow these threads:
spare parts/overclock and autokiller manager

pro: più performante delle altre rom fin'ora provate

contro: sono un pochino spiazzato dall'interfaccia sostanzialmente diversa dalla sense
1) che fine ha fatto il bell'orologio con il meteo?
2) l'utilizzo del tastierino numerico telefonico è qualitativamente peggiore rispetto all'interfaccia sense (prima di fare una telefonata, se digito sul tastierino telefonico le prime lettere del contatto non mi viene trovato nessun numero in rubrica)
3) widget per la posta?
4) non posso fare un'addestramento al touch con la tastiera
5) escluso mail google non posso inserire un account diverso?

6) non vedo uno sblocco del display (se accendo il display con cornetta abbassata il tel è subito operativo)

Non ho provato la rom, ma conoscendo android "liscio" ti dico che é normale che non appaiano contatti quando premi i numeri sul tastierino... E' una delle (belle) cose che aggiunge la sense!

L'addestramento al touch non lo puoi fare perché*non c'é la tastiera htc ma quella standard android. Si può cmq scaricare la tastiera htc se googli un attimo!

ciao reload: ma oltre la tastiera htc, è possibile implementare qualcosa della nuova sense? tipo il tastierino numerico telefonico con le caratteristiche scritte sopra, oppure il magnifico orologio con il meteo? il widget della posta? oppure c'è qualche alternativa sul market (ho cercato ma per adesso con scarsi risultati).

Questa rom è molto bella e veloce .... la testerò un pochettino. Mi pare la più veloce basata sulla 2.1 (le ho provate quasi tutte ! ).
Mi si è inchiodata solo una volta uscendo dalla gallery, del resto ho una libreria Picasa piuttosto sostanziosa ...

Ho provato ad installare la tastiera NubDial (sul market). Molto bella ma troppo lenta per essere usata. Probabilmente funziona bene su Nexus ....
