Ciao theon, si in realtà ho risolto anche io con Aquamail, ma incuriosito ho provato ieri sera stessa con l'APP stock ma (forse dovuto al differente modello di terminale "plus" o di rom emui3.0) non ho trovato alcune voci di coinfigurazione ivi riportate, quindi ho dovuto mio malgrado "abortire" il tentativo

riesumo la discussione: nel mio caso, Honor 6 PLUS con l'app stock, non funziona in nessuno dei 2 modi elencati. L'applicazione Email non risulta proprio essere presente in nessun elenco. Credo proprio dovrò cambiare l'app di default per le email.

Ho delle novità riguardo il problema delle notifiche e-mail.. Ho mandato una mail alla EMUI global scrivendo questo:

Hi, I have got a Ascend P7.
Since the update to EMUI 3.0 I do not receive any notification in the notification bar (and no sound and no led) when an e-mail is received. It works only if I keep the app always open. Before the update everything was working fine. I have tried all the possible settings, but none of them fix this problem. I have also tried to reset the phone. Is it a bug? Is there a way to fix it?

Please find below the details on the E-mail notifications received.


JB behavior Emotion UI 2.0 Lite
1. The email notification with sound is received in the device, according to the sync schedule mentioned in the settings
2. The Email icon is updated accordingly after some time.

KK Behavior Emotion UI 3.0
1. The email notification is never received in the device even when the sync schedule is set to 5mins
2. But the email icon is updated after some time.

Note: The same behavior for other KK EMUI 3.0 device is also observed.
Please let me know if any further information is required.

In realtà alla mia prima mail non hanno manco risposto.. Inviata nuovamente e mi hanno risposto dopo 2 giorni alla prima e dopo una settimana alla seconda, avevi tentato pure tu?

E per curiosità cosa ti hanno risposto? sempre se ti hanno risposto..
Secondo te ha senso che la risposta sia "non è un bug ma una feature"? cioè vuoi dirmi che la mancanza di notifica è fatta apposta, perché è molto utile nascondere le notifiche, tanto non servono a nulla....
ma che razza di assistenza è sta qua?
