Hi there!

Is it possible to flash the newest baseband 3.86 with this rom? I read in an Samsung related post, that you must not flash basebands that are newer than the rom.

If it is possible, do i have to make some wipes?

yes you can, no wipe needed
after the update if you see some problem (data not working or no sim detected or something like that) just flash again the old version
