Problema Kies dopo aggiornamento 4.1.1

Salve a tutti dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento quando collego il mio S3 al programma Kies mi appare il seguente errore e non mi fà vedere più le informazioni del firmware.
Sapete se è un problema del software o del telefono?
Ho reinstallato il software ma il problema rimane.
Ho windows 7 come sistema operativo.
