sorry for registering, starting a new thread and all in English. On my last trip to Italy I bought a Mediacom Smartpad 917i, which worked find for around 6 months. Suddenly the screen did not work anymore, in a way that partly the pixels of one color seemed to fail, so the screen is all blueish in one region and more red in another. Mediacom did not react to my email, and I don't speak enough Italian to call there. Is that a typical problem for the 917i or I am just unlucky? When I need a repair, do I have to send it to Mediacom or the store I bought it?
Any help is appreciated!
