CleanDHD - A Clean Cyanogenmod experience


Introduction
Based on the latest CM7 release by the Cyanogenmod team, i present a barebones Gingerbread +Cyanogenmod ROM for the Desire HD.

Always built from the latest releases and always kept up to date, this rom is for those who like ultimate control over their device with no chaff filling the app drawer.

All removed applications are easily available from download, from the market, for free, giving you ultimate control over what programs reside over your phone!

Installation
Perform a nandroid backup in clockwork before you install, should you wish to defer back to your old rom. Install the usual way through clockwork recovery, v3.0.0.6 recommended. Full Wipe (Boot, System, Data, Cache) required if coming from another rom!

Radio Requirements
Version 26.08.03.07_M, available in this thread is recommended for this rom

~~~AFTER INSTALLATION~~
Please follow the instructions below after you install and boot the rom for the first time to aviod problems.

First install bootup, the PIN entry screen and lockscreen will not display correctly, due to the 190dpi. This will automatically correct after the 1st reboot and is of no concern.

- Enter PIN, finish configuration wizard
- DO NOT ENABLE WiFi
- Menu > Cyanogenmod Settings > Display > Automatic Backlight > Enable "Allow Light decrease"
- Reboot
- YOU CAN NOW ENABLE WiFi and configure
- Menu > Wireless & Networks > WiFi Settings > (press menu) Advanced > WiFi Sleep Policy > Set to "Never"

You are now free to configure your phone as you wish

Praticamente basata sulla nuova versione 23 della cyano , con il kernel moddato x il battery drain e un sacco di cose inutili tolte ma facilmente reperibili sul market, l'ho da un po e sembra ke abbianata alla nuova radio si comporti piu' ke bene

è uscita la 25. io la ho montata stamani. la cosa che non mi piace è il fatto dei 190 dpi (al posto dei 240 di default). infatti quei 190 in meno rendono più carino lo schermo, ma i programmi sono scalati male e ci si ritrova a leggere male le cose: per fare un esempio con l'app flikie wallpapers all'apertura con 240dpi si vede tutto bene, con questa rom (190dpi) le immagini per scegliere quale album far vedere si vedono scalate e messe male. è tutto normale ovviamente.
per risolvere questa cosa basta andare ad aumentare i dpi e rimettirli a 240. per farlo basta cambiarli prima di flashare (si apre lo zip della rom e si va nella cartella /system/build.prop si estrae quel file e gli si cambia i dpi da 190 a 240), poi lo si reinserisce nello zip e si flasha).

per il resto ottima rom, consumi buoni, 1 ora e mezza di schermo acceso e sono al 75%). veloce e stabile (almeno per ora).

allora si potrebbe kiudere questo e lo apri tu se i mod sono d'accordo
