A2SD:

Note that although applications are moved to SD,
dalvik-cache remains in the data partition. To use A2SD,
you should partition your SD card to have a FAT32 partition first,
then an EXT3 partition second.

in some cases you have Disk Space Error..
resolve this by booting in the recovery mode and wiping the cache & dalvik-cache

How to install with A2SD? Please read we need swap now !!!

- Format your SD FAT32
- put the Rom on it
- go in the Recovery mode (if your Phone is Rooted you know how)
- and Wipe all options
- install the Rom.zip
- than create a Partition in Superuser
- 32 MB SWAP / 1-1500 MB ext2 / Rest FAT32
- Convert it to ext3
- Reboot (takes a while)
- Login & Reboot again (to cleanup Cache)

if you want the Original HTC Lock & Music Player back, install this Zip in Recovery Mode..

Nessuno coraggioso? Se avessi un Legend la proverei di sicuro, provo a convincere un'amico che l'ha appena acquistato ma non ha ancora rootato

Bloccato allo step 2 con un "device not found" da parte sia di PC che Mac...
Siamo diversi su MoDaCo in questa situazione ma non arrivano aiuti!

Boh? Stasera rifaccio la procedura di installazione driver su pc, è l'unica cosa che penso potrebbe interferire nel riconoscere il telefono.
Anche se ho lo stesso problema su Mac, dove driver non esistono....
