Hello fellas!

I love htcclay's SuperFly mod and have already made two unofficial releases to keep his rom up to date.

Now it's time for my next version, having an own thread&name to keep the original SuperFly thread clean.

GammaFly tries to mimic SuperFly as good as possible, using latest CM Nightly releases.

There might be things that are not working properly, don't yell at me - I don't care. I am also not responsible for bricking your device...

GammaFly V1.2 Changelog:
* Newer CM6.1 Nightly base (219) - Froyo 2.2.1 - newer drivers
* pershoot's kernel 2.6.34.7 OC UV - reduces usb battery drain imho
* ADWLauncher 1.2.0 themed
* LauncherPro 0.8.1.1 partly themed by me to clone htcclay's style

GammaFly V1.1 Changelog:

* Newer CM6.1 Nightly base (190) - Froyo 2.2.1
* pershoot's kernel 2.6.34.6 OC UV Xtra - best performance imho
* GenieWidget now based on FRG83
* ADWLauncher icon bug fixed

Download V1 - First bootup will take a _long_ time!

I suggest disabling compcache,dithering, enabling jit and having a 64MB swap partition. good mix for multitasking and performance imho.

PS: Please report if you have problems with your data (2G/3G) connection, if so I'll post a fix that reverts the changes.

ho letto questo metodo x fare un bel wipe totale, *Volume down, home back and power for system wipe then use amon ra to wipe the rest voi che ne dite????

Bah io di solito se devo proprio fare il wipe supremo lo riavvio in fastboot, poi fastboot system erase -w e riavvio il telefono in recovery. Da li cancello tutte le cartelle che crea la rom e carico la rom che mi interessa e la flasho. Non sbaglio un colpo

Ma Baby, li premi insieme ?
Nel senso ... Una combinazione di tasti o cosa ?
Io WiPe dal MENU tutte e 5 le voci, compreso STATS e Battery e ogni volta la SD Partition
Ma penso che un bel Fastboot sia il metodo (forse) migliore

Accendi il magic in fastboot con i tasti back e power,collegi il magic al pc e dal terminale dai questi comandi : fastboot erase system -w

si credo tutti assieme, ancora nn ho provato, ma lo voglio fare.. nn ne sapevo l'esistenza di un bel wipe strong, anke io facevo sempre i classici 5 wipe ma mi è capitato di avere cambiato anke 2 rom in un giorno, chissà quanta mondezza povero il mio magic, in un anno nn ha mai visto un wipe serio!!!

Procedura che utilizzo io per il magic 32b. Per tutti gli altri che hanno:

1) Spegnere il telefono e ri-accenderlo tenendo premuto il Vol- per mettere il telefono in fastboot
2) Collegare il telefono e da terminale digitare fastboot erase system -w Questa procedura formatterà system, userdata, cache... in pratica tutto
3)Premere cornetta verde e subito dopo premere home per mettere il telefono in recovery
4) Attivare Usb in modo da cancellare tutte le cartelle create dalle rom precedenti e copiare i file della nuova rom da installare
5) Se proprio proprio siete malfidenti fate nuovamente un wipe e flashate la rom

fatto! speravo di vedere dei cambiamenti sostanziale, invece quando avvio il cell mi da sembra l'errore riguardante il processo system...
cmq sta rom flashata e cestinata, nn mi ha fatto il restore delle app del market e nn mi installava neanke le app ke selezionavo io... bocciata

Io l'ho messa e a me l'errore system non l'ha dato. Le applicazioni dal market è molto dura che si ripristino tutte in maniera corretta... a volte ne tappa qualcuna. A quel punto preferisco ripristinarli io a mano...
