[ROM][AOSP] CarbonRom [i9300] xda-developers

CarbonRom è basato sul progetto Open Source Android. Il team è composto di ex membri del Team Liquid che hanno sdoppiato il codice, nel tentativo di portare maggiore velocità, migliore codifica e la paternità piena al codice. Non siamo in alcun modo affiliati con Liquid0624. La rom è stata divisa alla build beta 3.2.1 e da allora ha subito importanti modifiche al codice. Si prega di notare che su alcuni dispositivi il kernel non è ancora compilato con Linaro.

Siamo impegnati a creare una rom veloce, stabile e ricca di funzioni, ad avere onestà e comunicazione con i nostri utenti ed anche l'apertura del nostro codice a tutti. Ci piacciono build frequenti, con il miglior supporto all' hardware e recenti correzioni. Ci sforziamo non solo di fornire la migliore rom che possiamo costruire, ma anche di restituirla alla comunità Android e ai nostri altri sviluppatori. Per noi questo è qualcosa di cui essere orgogliosi e spero vi piacerà.

Istallazione:

1. Scaricate rom e gapps e metteteli nel device
2. Entrate in recovery custom
3. effettuate il wipe data, wipe cache e wipe dalvick (lo trovate nel menù advanced)
4. Se venite da rom su base samsung fate anche il format system e preload (menù mount & storage)
5. Flashate la rom e le gapps (le trovate sul sito della rom)
6. riavviate



N.B.
Prima che chiediate vi avverto che come le altre rom su JELLY BEAN 4.2.2 la memoria interna si creerà virtuale e quindi la vecchia memoria interna la troverete nel percorso DATA/MEDIA/

I soliti di quasi ogni rom aosp/aokp, alcune le ho verificate, altre non posso

Our next goal is to put together a build machine, and we need your help. Why do we need a server? Well, a few reasons. The first is the most obvious - we'd like to build more frequently and need the hardware to support it. That means drive space and speed. The more of each we have, the more we can say "hey let's crank out a build," and throw it up on goo so you see an update in goomanager. Right now, building is a pretty intensive all-day process. The second reason is stability. Building from a development machine means that the environment itself is less stable. This translates into, again, fewer builds and more work to make them. Faster building means we can build for more devices, too. All this free time means we can do more cool stuff. No need to flash Gapps everytime because they will get backed up now on each flash. This also includes other apps that are on /system, added after rom install.

1.6 is a pretty big update for us! Check out the changelog on our goo.im page for more, but here are the highlights:

-We've fixed PIE! It no longer decides to be invisible from time to time.
-We fixed the battery charge light! None of us use it but apparently you guys are just nuts for it!
-Dark Carbon! Huge props to Slim Roms for coming up with this unique and awesome feature.
-Lockscreen theming
-CM skinny battery is back!
-Volume key lock on silent mode option
- Backup tool - if you're flashing a new version of Carbon and already have the required version of gapps installed, it will be backed up and restored during install. This applies to system apps and custom host files as well. Please note that you should only dirty flash from Carbon to Carbon. It's ok if it's another version or a nightly - just not over other roms. Super handy for you crack flashers. Make sure you've got the most recent Gapps though, and if you're flashing from a factory reset, you'll still need to install it after install of course.
-Long pressing the "clear recents" button clears the cache
-3.4 kernel on D2xxx devices. It's finally stable enough where we're comfortable with this - remember to only flash other 3.4 kernels or it will not boot as there are rom-level dependencies.
-AOKP's awesome new navbar settings
-NFC polling mode for when you want to keep your screen off and scan tags
-MMS and call "breathe" feature. Makes the notification icon fade in and out.
-Mute dings when changing volume
-Disable/enable CRT effect on screen on/off.
-3rd party keyboard bug fixed
-deodexed again
-stability and speed enhancements
-a million other little things as well - we basically don't even sleep anymore.

ho provato ora in ambiente chiuso a fare una foto con questa e poi con la anaraxia su base EMA2 ... non vedo differenze.
