Installazione per Hboot 1.09 e inferiori

1. Vedrete due cartelle, stock e overclocked, estraete la boot-xxxxxx.zip che volete.
2. Riavviate in TWRP e flashate direttamente lo zip e riavviate, flasherà la recovery la boot.img per voi

Installazione per Hboot 1.13 e superiori
1. Vedrete due cartelle, stock e overclocked, estraete la boot-xxxxxx.zip che volete e copiatela nella sd e flashate.
2. copiate la boot.img nella cartella dove avete adb e digitate:

 adb  reboot  bootloader 
 fastboot  flash boot boot.img
 fastboot  erase cache
fastboot reboot

Altrimenti usate l'app FLASH IMAGE GUI (CONSIGLIATO) estraendo lo zip boot-xxxxxxx.zip a seconda se lo volete stock o con overclock, mettendolo nella sd e cercatelo con l'app

Per hboot 1.09 e inferiori:
Just flash the zip in TWRP recovery. It will automatically flash the boot.img for you.

Per hboot 1.13 e superiori:
you have two options

Option #1
Use TWRP's HTC Dumlock feature. It is a pretty neat workaround that allows you to flash boot.imgs in recovery even on a higher hboot.
Look here for instructions from TeamWin. If you are not comfortable with this method, then follow option #2 to manually flash in fastboot.

Option #2
In addition to flashing the zip, you will have to extract the boot.img from the package and flash it manually with fastboot. Blame HTC for the half-assed 'unlock bootloader' offering they give us. Hopefully we will get S-OFF soon...

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot

alla fine richtc avevo risolto allora ho cancellato subito per non intasare xD dimenticavo di ripetere fastboot asd che stupido dimenticavo che era un comando e non la cartella dove tenevo l immagine del boot cmq ho provato a flashare la versione 1.1 solo che mi si è bloccato tutto lol ho dovuto riflashare il boot della viper...

ma non è che non è compatibile con la viper? perchè ho provato tutte e 2 le versioni e non vanno..è possibilie che vada solo con la sense?

Devi flashare quello del primo post che è per ics 4.0 4 ho un problema con tapatalk che non so se è dovuto alla nuova versione o al WiFi...ogni tanto mi incasina i post
