Aggiornamento 4.1.1 , 3.16.401.9

ho scaricato l' ota, estratto la cartella "firmaware" e aperto il file "android-info", per essere sicuro che riguardasse anche l' HTC__405...ecco il risultato

Allora speriamo arrivi cmq ho ricontattato in chat HTC e mi ha detto tanya che sanno dell aggiornamento in Germania ma non sa quando verrà rilasciato .....quindi in teoria è iniziato il roll uot :-):-D

Anche in Inghilterra non e' ancora arrivato

HTC Italia si e' "accorta" dell' update via OTA, confermano che a breve arrivera' anche per HTC__405
questo dopo averli scritto il nome del file dell' aggiornamento che posseggo su dropbox...

Io ho provato ad inserire il file OTA scaricato da dropbox all'interno del telefono ma entrando in recovery non trova il file e si riavvia. Ho tutto stock. Come si può fare? Sono stanco di aspettare perchè la ricezione è abbastanza ballerina del mio HTC ONE S. Dove prendo poco segnale oscilla tra 2 tacche e zero. Volevo appunto aggiornarlo per vedere se migliorava questa situazione. Idee per mandare a buon fine l'aggiornamento OTA?

c'e' una voce "install update" se non ricordo male, lo fai da li?
c'e' una procedura che hanno eseguito per one X per l' aggiornamento a jb da recovery stock, ho linkato qualche post fa, prova con quella

1. Download the OTA file and place it on your SD card (internal memory)

2. Boot into recovery

Power off your phone.
Press volume down, and then while doing that, press and hold the power button (this may take a while – up to 10 seconds) until you see the fastboot screen (white background with three skateboarding Androids)
Use the volume keys to navigate to the “Recovery” option, then press the power button. You’ll see the HTC logo, then the screen will go blank, followed by an image of a phone lying flat with an exclamation point and a triangle
Now, press and hold down on both volume up and down, and then while holding them, press and release the power button. Release the volume rocker. You should get a blue menu with a set of options – you are now in recovery mode
3. Now flash the update from recovery

Move the volume rocker to the “Apply update from internal storage” option
Press Power Button
You should see the update file you placed on the root of the phone storage, select it and hit the power button to begin the flashing process (if it does not begin automatically)

Si, ho seguito la procedura per ONE X ma quando entro in recovery mi compaio no le seguenti opzioni:
-apply from sd card
-apply from phone storage
-apply from cache
-wipe chace/factory reset
-wipe cache

E sotto compare scritto:
Mount SDCARD failed 1 times, 2 times, .... Can not mount Sd Card.(no such file or directory)

In che cartella devo mettere l'OTA? io l'ho messo nell'internal storage che windows vede...

Bene!! Ottima notizia! Ho detto io che mi pareva strano essendo codice dell ota europeo!!
Cmq li hai contattati via chat? Cioè la fonte è attendibile?

nella radice, nessuna sottocartella
creo apply from SD card e se fa scegliere scegli lo zip dell' ota, ma non avendo lavorato mai su una recovery stock meglio aspettare se qualcuno ne sa di piu'
