problema scroll con expandable list view

Salve! nella mia activity ho bisogno di una serie di expandable list view una sotto l'altra. Il problema è che non riesco a inserire un adeguato scrollview.

in poche parole se supero lo schermo, la prima parte rimane sempre fissa, mentre l'ultima riga si addossa in uno scroll piccolissimo. Come potrei sistemare?

l'xml è il seguente
