Viber, problema strano.
Ciao a tutti!

Hi,
This is an official representative of Viber Media.
In order to properly exit Viber, you need to use the "Exit" option, found inside Viber's "More" tab. After you do this, Viber should completely stop all of its processes, but it will still remain available for calls and text messages, and will reopen automatically upon an incoming call or message (this is thanks to the C2DM service operated by Google, which allows Viber to "awaken" even if its completely shut off.
Let us know if you have any additional questions. :)
Thanks,
Viber Team

Ciao,
Grazie,
Viber squadra

Thats not the problem, if i just uninstall and reinstall Viber (even after the formatting of the cellphone) it still crash or it bring me back to the previous page, doesnt matter what i do, doesnt matter witch settings i try.. Viber will always crash or it will bring me back to the previous page. It seems that im the only one with this kind of problem, if you are an official representative of Viber, make sure ur boss knows whats happening here, i have a Huawei Ascend G330 (Wind brand).

Your English is excellent. Thank you for clarifying, and we apologize for our confusion ;)
Please note that Viber does not officially support your device yet, and that may be the reason for the problems you are experiencing. Here is the full list of officially supported devices: Is your Android supported with Viber (system requirements)?
We are continuously working to adapt Viber to more and more devices, and we hope to attend to the problems with your device soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

After some investigation i'm 90% sure that its just a compatibility problem, i hope that Viber will be available for HUAWEI's phones soon. Thank you very much for your help! Its good to see that theres a company that answer you directly when you have problems like this.
