Personalmente ritengo cerberus una app ben fatta e CORRETTA.

PS: sempre parlando di italiano la descrizione della app inizia dicendo "Cerberus è una applicazione antifurto" quindi non vedo perché usarla in altri casi..... :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Ci deve essere. D'altronde tutti si trovano millemila clausole per fregarti. Basta stare un po attenti. Io questa cosa la ritengo giusta. Come detto da paolov nessuno vorrebbe un datore di lavoro che spia i propri dipendenti o un fidanzato geloso che controlla dov'è la sua ragazza. Alla fine se ti chiedono la denuncia e tu la denuncia ce l'hai sei a posto. Se la non ti è stato rubato niente non vedo il motivo per cui hai bisogno di usare Cerberus. A meno che non la vuoi testare ma quello si fa in genere all' inizio e non da problemi.

P.S. io il contratto NON l'ho letto

il mio modesto parere e' che devono tenere sotto un certo livello il traffico dati del server a cui si appoggiano per ovvie ragioni economiche, altrimenti ti dovrebbero far pagare l'applicazione piu' del doppio, quindi se le persone iniziano ad usarlo per fare esperimenti o per giocarci "troppo" loro te lo bloccano.

Sono perfettamente d'accordo con tutti voi.

E' un app pericolosissima che ha un costo irrisorio e ciò porta chiunque ad acquistarla. Ma volete dirmi (se volete) se siete d'accordo con me sul fatto che la vendita senza menzionare LA LIMITAZIONE FONDAMENTALE, è un po' strana? Se l'app come tante altre costasse molto con canoni mensili ed annuali non l'acquisterebbe certamente "la massa" ma un numero limitato di persone.

salve ragazzi e successo una cosa gravissima sentite visto che avevo ragione al 100% e il mio legale aveva scritto un e_mail al supporto loro anno cambiatto le carte barando ecco cosa e successo :

You can't use Cerberus as a parental control software, or to "monitor" other people, and we have the right to enforce the Agreement you accepted when you created your account.

io allora vado a fare regolare denucia ai carabinieri e la mando un e_mail al supporto a loro e dico di attivarmi complettamente il servizio e loro mi rispondono :


Ciao,

Ho controllato nel log dei comandi inviati, e hai iniziato a inviare comandi di registrazione audio, lettura SMS e lista chiamate ben prima della data indicata nella denuncia. Appare chiaro che il telefono non è smarrito e quindi i comandi non verranno sbloccati.

allora il mio legale gli scrive che non possono fare questo e che loro non possono decidere se attivare o no il servizio visto che c e una denuncia come da loro richiesto e sono obbligati senza esitazione attivare complettamente il servizio visto che la denuncia e stata fatta e il terminale risulta smaritto e rubato...

da ieri io non ho risposta ed oggi sono andato sul mio profilo e risulta ancora bloccato e mi esce ancora

che parla di presentare denuncia e che devono darmi le scuse ???? adesso dico a voi chi aveva ragione ??? e non e un modo truffaldino di fare prendere le licenze e poi cambiare le carte in tavola questo a casa mia si chiama barare tu puoi cambiare le regole ma rispetti quelle di prima se vuoi che io rispetti le tue regole o no ???

io non ho piu avuto risposta dal supporto e mi dispiace ma questa e una vera truffa che io segnalero alle associazione dei consumatori e alle autorita competendi poi resta a voi fare le vostre opignoni e mi scuso x il mio italiano scadente grazie

Quindi siccome costa poco è pericolosa ed è giusto che ci siano le limitazioni, imho, stiamo un pò fuorviando :o

lasciamo stare queste cose di mariti mogli e altro io ho presentato una regolare denuncia e loro non possono decidere per me di attivare o no il sistema o cambiare le regole in corso d'opera poi io se non ho denuce posso comprare una pistola poi io posso decidere se usarla contro un piatello o una persona ma il negoziante me la puo vendere se io sono pulito non po decidere x me
e poi io non capisco perche non mi rispondono alle mie e_mail ????? ho la lebbra lo so di essere ignorante ma ho dei diritti
