Mixing Themes - When applying a theme, you can now pick the components. Eg: If you want only the lock screen and boot animation from WP7 theme you can now choose it. We are one step closer to MiUi style of mixing and matching.
Support for notification, ring tones and alarm tones in themes. Eg: When you apply angry birds theme the ringtone will switch to angry birds sound.

Anche se è chiaro che questa ROM sia ancora acerba sotto diversi punti di vista cmq l'idea è veramente bella IMHO. Il Theme chooser e tutto il discorso theming (anche quello che è trasportabile da MIUI) ed il launcher Bazooka stesso hanno ampi margini di miglioramento per esempio come scorrevolezza.
Il discorso che mi ha convinto è che ho sempre avuto un debole per MIUI anche in passato ed appunto la possibilità di temizzare in ogni parte la ROM senza dover cambiare la base e Avatar è fatta per quello.
Sto ansiosamente aspettando l'annunciata versione "M" della CM che sul blog del team hanno annunciato che sarà supportata anche da loro. Li immagino farà un altro passetto in avanti, soprattutto come stabilità (al momento ho qualche reset sporadico ancora) -

Ieri sera controllo OTA, vedo che c'è la 2.8b e la ho messa subito in download. Riavvio per installare ma mi dice che non è signed io mi incaponisco e vado avanti.. Bazooka launcher incriccato! Per fortuna sul cello avevo il set xperia e me la sono cavata cambiando launcher :D
EDIT: bastava fare un clear sui dati della apk di Bazooka. Cmq non ne sarei uscito senza un altro launcher perché non si avviava proprio la UI. -

ROM alla versione 2.12b - Ora si può scegliere il lockscreen di un tema con il resto di un altro, proprio in stile MIUI.
Devo dire che l'opzione che mi manca di questa rom è quella di attivare/disattivare automaticamente il wi-fi con Weebo (ora sono su SlimROM 5) -

As CM10.1 has hit the general release, Avatar Team is branching with stable and nightly releases.
Stable releases are marked as 3.0. This is the first stable release from Avatar Team. Stable releases will be weekly or bi-weekly and will be tested extensively by our testing team.
Nightly releases will kickstart in a few days. We will merge CM changes every day and it will also contain experimental features from Avatar.
We highly recommend to wipe cache/data/dalvik before flashing the stable releases.
