Problema nel flashare Rom!

ho fatto, e nel prompt mi è venuta questa scritta:

C:\Users\palomb>C:\Users\palomb\Desktop\android-win-tools\fastboot flashboot
t.img
usage: fastboot [ <option> ] <command>

commands:
update <filename> reflash device from update.zip
flashall flash boot + recovery + system
flash <partition> [ <filename> ] write a file to a flash partition
erase <partition> erase a flash partition
getvar <variable> display a bootloader variable
boot <kernel> [ <ramdisk> ] download and boot kernel
flash:raw boot <kernel> [ <ramdisk> ] create bootimage and flash it
devices list all connected devices
reboot reboot device normally
reboot-bootloader reboot device into bootloader

options:
-w erase userdata and cache
-s <serial number> specify device serial number
-p <product> specify product name
-c <cmdline> override kernel commandline
-i <vendor id> specify a custom USB vendor id


se faccio il reboot ora non fa nulla come prima..

fastboot flash boot boot.img

Ok ma mi fa questo errore:

C:\Users\palomb>C:\Users\palomb\Desktop\android-win-tools\fastboot flash boot boot.img
error: cannot load 'boot.img'

il file boot.img è nella cartella Desktop\android-win-tools?
il telefono è nel menu fastboot?

Si il file boot.img è in quella cartella e per andare in fastboot spingo tasto power + vol giù e dal menu che mi viene con il tasto power spingo fastboot

...prova a dare da prompt dei comandi fastboot devices e dimmi cosa ti restituisce.

o mi dice che non riconosce alcun comando,oppure mi da errori..potremmo sentirci in skype ? se è un problema ora,dimmi tu quando..uso un altro telefono nel frattempo perchè questo è proprio inutilizzabile..
