Sblocco Desire HD

sto cercando di sbloccare il mio desire hd. La garanzia è ormai scaduta (si lo so che non si invalida ma ho voluto aspettare), ho scaricato Ace Advance Kit.
Quando lancio 1 mi compare il seguente msg:
