ho provato la guida di xda per filo e per segno e al 2 secondo tentativo è andata!! nn so se posso linkare comq su xda cè una guida per hboot 1.57 è l'unica

certamente con pagamento è possibile su qualsiasi ONE m7, non so per m8 non avendolo, comunque devi cercare un programma chiamato Sunshine, costa sui 20 euro se non sbaglio

Mi potresti dire dove hai trovato il file "cm-11-20140706-NIGHTLY-m7.zip"? Ho cercato, ma questa versione non la trovo.

Trovi la versione successiva, vai nella sezione m7 ul del sito scarica l'ultima che va benissimo

Potresti linkare la guida per Hboot 1.57.0000 di XDA? Anch'io ho questa versione di Hboot e sto avendo qualche difficoltà. Se non vuoi postarla qui, andrebbe bene anche un messaggio privato. Grazie.

salve dopo diversi problemi con rom insertcoin ho installato cm11 e anche qui un messaggio di errore " device offline", sono riuscito usando un altra versione di adb ..alla fine riscontro "

Controlla il cid della cpu con emmc check dal play store. Se inizia con 900 (molto probabile) devi usare Sunshine...

Io ho hboot 1.57 e il chip non inizia con 900. Il bootloader è sbloccato e ho i diritti di root.
Ho provato diverse combinazioni di rom e kernel, quasi tutte quelle suggerite in questo thread ma anche su xda,
ma non riesco a passare a s-off perchè tutte le 12 bottiglie risultano vuote.
So che l'alternativa sarebbe sunshine ma dato che a gennaio uscirà android 5.0, forse usciranno procedure di sblocco nuove.
Ho un computer con Windows 7, con il quale ho tentato di passare s-off, mi chiedevo se ha senso
tentare con altri sistemi operativi, come Windows 8, Mac, o qualcuno basato su Linux (Es. Ubuntu).
