MotoGinger Remix (android 2.3.4)



Rom based on 4.5.1-134 en-GB















- I went to use the fw 451-134, which has fewer bugs of
others, also because of the previous versions of motoginger, were based
all on this fw!

< From my Teaser v4 and some stuff and modify by thimon in this version, was created Ginger-custom, that i reworked and modifyed by my self!

- camera stock recording in 720p (red lens)

- Removed Maps and street
- Reworked Framework-res and systemUI, with honeybread icons and stock-sense battery mod %
- Changed filemanager GB with OI filemanager
- New default wp from se arc
- Removed carhomekit
- Added Red M Bootanimation from chinese GB
- Updated Market at last version
- re-added desclock
- Digitalclock from SonyEricsson
- 2nd keyboard HTC ime by thimon
- Photowidget frame from se
- Removed some blur apps
- Changed all audio-pack (ringtones,notifications...) with new-MIUI audio-pack by default
- Changed music player
> Reworked and Modded with new icons: Blur.res.apk/Settings.apk/Framework-res and blur.camera.apk by darktyroll
- other stuff that i dont remember!

HOW TO INSTALL

- Starting installation with any original froyo 2.2.2 (rooted)
- Download MotoGinger-RemiX and put the unzipped folder in Microsd--->(folder and subfolder) clockworkmod---> backup---> put motoginger-test5 folder

1. wipe via CWM
2. advanced restore (system/only)
3. flash fixed-sbf ----> you find it in zip folder of rom (MotoGinger MS2 Release)
4. wipe via stock recovery, then reboot.







For peoples that have GREEN lens, after installed motoginger-rom, can flash from recovery, the patch by Simplestas ---> LINK













EXTRA

- if you like other theme/satusbar, you can flash it from recovery as a zip!

Ciao, e innanzitutto complimenti.

Però... ho alcuni problemi con la tua rom, non escludo che siano in gran parte errori miei visto che è la prima volta che mi avventuro in questo mondo.
Comunque, ho un defy red-lens, e ho seguito la tua procedura alla virgola, ma ho qualche problema:
- entrando nella rubrica e selezionando un contatto, quando cioè si dovrebbe aprire il dettaglio, si chiude com.motorola.contacts
- spesso e volentieri si riavvia il launcher da sè (almeno, penso sia così: torna alla home e rigenera i vari widget)
- il market funziona a tratti, nel senso che non riesce a caricare alcuni software rimanendo in attesa per sempre (sospetto fortemente che il problema non sia della rom in questo caso)
- fotocamera, modalità panorama: si chiude il programma

Infine... non è un bug, ma non sarebbe possibile avere il widget originale blur "weather"?

io ho un defy con la lente rossa e ho installato la rom per il defy+...posso installare la status bar che c'è in questo post, o va bene solo per questa rom??
