When you installed first time Lollipop it is impossible tool didn't create the Nubia backup directory.... Are you sure?

I am very sure that did not create the folder. I'm using Windows 7 64 BITS and version 1.5.7 of the tool nubia.

i do not know what to do...... :(

Buongiorno, ho installato il 2.65 ma sarà una coincidenza ma a volte il cellulare si blocca, a volte si riavvia.... Succede solo a me? Qualche consiglio? Grazie

Check also under C:\Program Files\nubia NX507J Updater\Backup if you have some directory with zip inside
