Welcome to Exynos V2.2
I always liked the new Touchwiz 4. So today I decided to make my own ROM with a lot of visual tweaks and system tweaks. Hope you like you as I do :D. Then, feel free to report bugs or suggestions.

HOW TO INSTALL EXYNOS 2.2: (WIPE)

3. Put those files in your internal SD

4. Let the system boot up until you see the homescreen

7. Reboot and enjoy

How to update from older Exynos System: (From 2.X ONLY)

VERY First time install:
1. Download the latest release of "Exynos" ROM
2. Put the zip in your SD CARD
3. Put your phone to DOWNLOAD MODE
4. Install CWM flashing this kernel from ODIN
5. Attach the TAR in Odin as "PDA"
6. Enter RECOVERY
7. Flash the package

qualcuno ha provato la 2.4?...dovrei andare in vacanza domani..ma non vorrei che mi desse problemi...

è uscita anche la nuova VillainRom che sembra molto buona...come mai qui non se ne parla?

Da poco ho flashato la 2.4(anche se nelle info mi dice 2.3), è davvero una bella rom, la piu veloce che abbia mai provato...molto belle anche le animazioni di transizione delle pagine...quadrant 3600...niente da dire, davvero un ottimo lavoro

ciao sto utilizzando la rom hd blog versione 2, con kernel 2.6.35.7 di angelom e banda di base XXKF2. Se volessi passare a questa rom quale procedura devo seguire (non vado tanto d'accorso con l'inglese:'(:'(). Grazie

Devi prima installare la rom "base", ovvero la 1.5, e poi installare al seguito gli aggiornamenti disponibile uno dopo l'altro.. (su XDA alcuni utenti lamentavano boot loops dopo aver saltato un pacchetto di aggiornamenti, quindi installali tutti e vai sul sicuro)
PS: A quanto pare va bene anche installare la 1.5, attendere il riavvio e poi installare direttamente la 2.4..

Io ti consiglio di fare tutti i wipe prima di installare qualsiadi rom custom

Sto provando questa Rom, devo dire che è molto stabile e carina!
Sembra che riesce a gestire bene la batteria, l'ho messa alle 14.30 avevo batteria 56%, ora sono le 18.30 e con connessione dati sempre attiva sono al 45%. Ottimo direi!!!

Ottima Rom! Complimenti! Se posso fare due appunti:

- Manca il GenieWidget (ok che lo posso scaricare.. però é quasi sempre incluso ed é comodo così :-) )

- É possibile mettere lo stock lock screen e non quello samsung? É bruttissimoooo :-)

La lockscreen stock (launcher2) è inclusa nelle nuove versioni, a partire dalla 2.2 (ora è disponibile la 2.5), se non è selezionata di default basta scaricare home switcher e cambiarla ;)

PS: Tra un po' esce la nuova versione 2.6 con nuovo kernel e OC fino a 1.6GhZ, aggiornate il post poi.. :)

ho la 2.3.4 stock kg1 dovrei aver capito piu o meno come si installano queste rom ma mi potete dire che file devo usare per questa ? non vorrei fare casini e usare quelli sbagliati

No, scusami ... il lockscreen non é il launcher.. Il lockscreen é quello che ti appare appena risvegli il telefono dopo lo standby e che devi trascinare via.
Quello originale di android é molto più carino e io metterei quello di default.
