IMEI backup and restore

Hallo
i make a few months ago an imei-backup, but i cant remember with which tool i made them.
now, after a few flashes i lost my IMEI and so my Phone dont accept any simcard.
My question: How i can restore them ?
i have one .zip with date and imei.
