usa un'app che si chiama appunto Circle Launcher, tu imposti un'icona primaria (con l'immagine e la grandezza che vuoi tu), che poi quando viene cliccata si apre a ventaglio mostrando altre 4-5 apps che tu hai scelto in precedenza..è uno shortcut molto comodo, e puoi anche personalizzare il modo di apertura (orizzontale/verticale/a cerchio ecc..), io lo uso da quando è uscito ;)
