Working now: phone calls, SMS, data, everything else so far (need to test)

Not working: Camera, Bluetooth (never activate bt -> causes restart + loop), adb, USB mass storage works not reliable

Current version (15.02.2012): Pre-Alpha Test0

- system backup from my working system

Installation from the scratch:
- BACKUP your system via Bootstrap
- wipe your phone via MOTOROLA Recovery (System + Data)
- flash this rom via RSD or with the tool provided here if have the newest bootloader
- enable usb-debugging and installation from unknown sources
- root with your preferred method
- install Bootstrap
- flash IC3RAZR GSM test 0
- reboot, ICS should start now, you should not get an android.phone crash, but an "unknown sim card" error
- to enable mobile data you have to add an APN in network settings (look at your operator's hp which settings you have to use)

Update: After about 4 hours of work and testing I came to the conclusion, that atm we can't get rid of the sim card error because we don't have the source code from the Moto leak
Will try RIL libs from other roms the next days, stay tuned and report whether you could make it work with the manual above. Greetz

Annotations:
- working version of Gapps is included
- CWM on boot is standard to avoid flashing via RSD every time
- data works, apn has to be set manually
- "sim card from unknown source" error is normal, annoying, but doesn't affect system

Modifications:
For an improved ICS impression, you can enable the typical on screen buttons
(see attachements; soft keys are deactivated now): Download

Visto che è in fase TESTING non credo meriti che io gli dedichi tempo a tradurre!
E' una Rom Moddata su base ICS per il RazR
Rom che però essendo in fase Testing è altamente instabile e non tutto funziona, ovvero è piena di quello che si definisce BUG
- Problemi di BT
- Problemi di ricezione
- Reboot improvvisi
- Impossibilità di settare l'APN
ecc

Per questo mi sono limitato a un copia e incolla...
nel momento in cui la riterrò alla portata di "tutti" allora approfondirò l'argomento.
Per il momento non merita nulla di piu che un semplice copia e incolla!
