Gameloft che schifezza!

Apro questo topic per esporre quello che mi è successo: ho acquistato un gioco da Gameloft, lo uso per qualche giorno, cambio Rom, reinstallo i backup ed ora il gioco mi dice che non è originale.
Capisco che Gameloft faccia scaricare una sola volta il gioco, ma che mi vieti di usarlo solo perché ho cambiato Rom mi pare una ladrata e soprattutto contrario alla politica che tiene Google sul Market.
Ecco perché la maggior parte dei loro giochi non è presente nel Market.

Ma mi sembra molto strano, invece che ripristinare i backup con programmi tipo titanium hai provato a riscaricarlo dal sito?? secondo me non dovresti aver problemi una volta acquistato e tu hai la mail con la conferma di acquisto e con il link da dove scaricare il programma e' quella che fa testo....

Il problema è che sul sito con la mia mail ed il mio numero di cellulare non mi trova nulla e rileggendo le clausole contrattuali ho visto appunto il fatto che non ti permettono di riscaricare il gioco e tantomeno di installarlo in un altro terminale.:O

Veramente il sito della gameloft riporta questa FAQ:

I deleted my game, can I download it again?

Gameloft's policy is that if you buy a game, you can re-download it on the same device with the same phone number within the 90 days of your purchase. To re-download your game, go to iPhone-Spiele, Android-Spiele, Handyspiele - Java-Handyspiele | Gameloft on your mobile and click on the 'My Downloads' link at the bottom of the page. You will see the list of all the games you purchased so far that you can re-download. If you purchased your game on our website on your pc using your credit card, enter the 'My Account' section at the top of this page and re-download your game(s) after signing in.

Keep in mind you will be charged for any data fees your carrier may charge for downloading your games.

Quindi dovresti riuscire a riscaricarlo!

Si anche io avevo letto che gameloft aveva cambiato politica di distrubuzione, ora è possibile riscaricare un gioco.

Ora non riesco nemmeno ad aprire la home di Gameloft, riproverò stasera.
Ma da quando c'è stata questa modifica nelle clausole ?
Io il gioco l'ho acquistato una decina di giorni fa.

Ho verificato ora ed effettivamente la FAQ è cambiata, ma del mio gioco non ne ho nessuna traccia, continua a dirmi che non ho download disponibili.
Che sia dovuto al fatto che è stato acquistato pre modifica e quindi è andato perso oppure al fatto che ho cambiato rom?

Oggi ho rimesso la rom che avevo all'acquisto del gioco e mi é tornato disponibile il download da Gameloft, quindi ne deduco che se cambio Telefono perdo anche il diritto al download.
