a new boot.img that will keep make the device more responsive
some new tweks
and maybe the adobbe flash player (it depends on sethialpha if we will include the app that i provided)

Salve a tutti.. sono nuovo del forum e devo fare qualche domanda. Ho un arnova 7b g2 ma nn ho il market installato. Ho seguito la guida qui sopra (anche se è per il 7c g2 (non avendo trovato una per il 7b)) ma ho dei problemi a riguardo della parte finale della "modalità principiante".. nn riesco a fare il fastboot.. o meglio lo faccio ma al riavvio del tablet nn ho "la schermata nera" ma mi fa fare l'impostazione della calibrazione dello schermo..!! dove ho sbagliato..?? grazie in anticipo..

Buon giorno, io avrei bisogno di usare google map e street view.
Non avendo il market mi chiedevo se mi bastava seguire la procedura da principianti descritta nel primo post o se dovevo fare altro.
Scusate la domanda ma sono completamente a digiuno di tutto quello che riguarda il mod!

Daniel abbi pazienza...questo installer può essere considerata la "panacea" di tutti i newbie? Nel senso che....riesco anche io a far tutto slowly and quietly? 10x a lot for your answer :)

veniamo al punto di HELP
. ho scaricato pdanet, installato ecc.ecc....vado in gestione risorse e vedo 5 Archos con il !
. aggiorno i driver..unico modo per andare avanti credo, me li vede ora come ANDROID PHONE
. penso ci sono...metto in fastboot il tablet, dopo aver piazzato in c:\ i files rinominati in img come da guida
. apro la finestra cmd e lancio install.bat....
risposta? impossibile aprire il file install.bat ecc.ecc...

....dimenticavo...leggendo un post precdente ho formattato in fat32 la sd (da 4Gb in dotazione) senza SC2...

try to use superoneclick to install the drivers (force install)
and install android sdk (open android sdk and download the stuff that is needed), and java sdk
try to use the normal way, with the commander if the bat does not work for you, is more work, but is should go well

So Steps are
Java Sdk
Android Sdk (download the usb drivers and sdk10 esential stuff)
use cmd to addres the commands
fastboot devices to check if the device is connected
adb devices some thing like above
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
Use drag and drop so you can get the right path of the images, in this way you will not mistake, so just select the file and drop`it where you wrote fastboot flash boot hereisthedraggeditem (and the full patf of the file will apear)

I used pdanet to simplify the drivers installation .... I wanted to avoid installing sdk packages, etc. .. will try .. but first I want to understand why it does not work with pdanet .. I think might be a problem with the file install.bat.

i prefer the proper way to do the things :)
and by cmd is the right thing to chose, in this way you gain more knowldge for the future.

At this moment Sethialpha will not develop this rom for a period of time.
He does not have the tablet anymore :)

But I read a post by Daniel that "simplified" the various steps using pdanet.
Tonight I'll try again with pdanet ... and then follow the various tools sdk et Simila.
