Quindi se non ho capito male...prendo la factory di 5.0.1 flasho la radio e poi uso lo zip dell'ota? Giusto?

Si, il ROOT lo perdi però dicono di fare prima l'unroot completo e poi flashare SYSTEM

Io ho il device completamente stock,mai fatto il root con android 5 che era stato aggiornato manualmente tramite OTA

posto i passaggi ,ora però non li traduco, dopo aver messo la radio android 5.0

01) downloaded 5.0 factory image from https://developers.google.com/androi...ges#hammerhead
02) extracted the image and moved recovery.img and system.img to adb folder
03) download Latest SuperSU from SuperSU Download
04) put SuperSU.zip on your phone's internal storage
06) download the 5.0.1 OTA update zip from http://android.clients.google.com/pa...O.785a2f7a.zip
07) rename it to update.zip and move it to your ADB folder
08) boot into bootloader
09) open command prompt from your ADB folder
10) connect USB cable
11) type 'fastboot devices' to check the connection
12) type 'fastboot flash recovery recovery.img'
13) type 'fastboot flash system system.img'
14) use volume and power buttons to boot into stock recovery
15) hold down power button (!) when the robot with the red triangle appears and while still holding it press volume+ and release it after 1-2 seconds and the recovery options will appear
16) chose "apply update from ADB" from the newly appeared options in the recovery menu
17) go back to command prompt and type: adb sideload update.zip (make sure the update.zip is in the same folder as ADB)
18) chose option "reboot to bootloader" from recovery and let the phone boot back into bootloader

Allora ragazzi pure su xda è un casino, l'aggiornamento fallisce a tutti.
Fate un prova, a quanto pare per funzionare l'ota deve essere prima flashata la radio, sembrerebbe sia questo il problema. Potete fare una prova?

No no, è un casino credimi...

AI0LIA allora ho provato flashando prima la radio del 5.0.1 e poi con adb sideload ho messo lo zip dell'ota e funziona perfettamente.
quindi penso che i passaggi corretti siano:
-->flashare la radio della nuova versione android;
-->usare tramite i comandi del terminale adb sideload ota.zip.

IO SONO TUTTO STOCK, SOLO BOOTLOADER SBLOCCATO
