Purtroppo la procedura che ti posso proporre (ma ti assicuro che qualunque altra non può evitarlo) prevede lo sblocco del bootloader che presuppone una rasata completa
Certo puoi fare backup di tutto ricordando che se hai la sincronizzaizone attiva potrai ripristnare velocemnte app, rubrica, settaggi, foto, mp3 e video se le hai anche sul cloud
Oppure puoi baccupaare queste ultime da memoria di massa
Ma perderai senza altro sms (ma tu hai un wifi e quindi ...)

Prima cosa occorre verificare se i driver ADB e FASTBOOT osno correttamete installati
Scarica questa cartella da qui:

Unzippa ad esempio su C:\
Collega il device acceso al PC
All'interno della cartella scaricata c'è un file:
py_cmd.exe
Doppio click su di esso
Si apre una finestra di comandi
scrivi:
adb devices
e dimmi se ti ritorna un seriale

Click Next. Vista may prompt you to confirm the privilege elevation required for driver installation. Confirm it.

ora col comando adb devices mi ritorna un seriale (anche se lo classifica come unauthorized) ...
il problema era che collegavo il tablet come dispositivo multimediale

Lo classifica come unauthorized perchè deve esserti sfuggita una richiesta di autorizzazione comparsa sul terminale
scollega e ricollega ... dovrebbe riapparirti !
facciamo una altra prova
spegni il terminale
premi insieme i tre tasti sino a metterlo in fastboot mode ( = robottino steso a terra con pancia aperta)
Collegalo al pc
Doppio click su quello stesso file di prima ...
Stavolta scrivi il comando:
fastboot devices
e dimmi se ti ritorna un seriale
