Non molliamo perchè il Firmware fa schifo e dobbiamo fare pressione. Per evitare che legga un'incompetente (linguisticamente) del supporto le nostre segnalazioni in italiano ne ho mandata una in inglese! Se vi va inviate anche voi magari ci esce qualcosa! Se qualcuno ha twitter muoviamoci anche via twitter perchè lo leggono. è intollerabile che su un cellulare così si siano mossi così male nella realizzazione del tanto agognato update!

As many other consumers i'm experiencing a lot of issues related to the Gingerbread Update of my DesireZ. Many other consumers experienced the same issues:
- 3g Connection down unexpectedly
- Sense crashing because of excess RAM usage
- Slower performance of menus etc..
Downhere you'll find other italian customers complaining with you, and this is only one of many online communities with customers worried about the lack of support for such a poor Rom upgrade:

We found your solutions (soft reset, etc..) are not able to solve the issues since those are strictly related with bugs contained into your firmware release.
I've reccomended HTC as a solid producer mostly for your support aftermarket with timely updates and solid software but i'm very disappointed and as soon as i'll realize there is not a bugfix for my handset (which I paid 530€ that is not so cheap for a smartphone) i'll inform my friends and contacts to discourage against HTC.
Be aware that loyal customers are one of the key assets of a tech company like yours, forgetting about us is not a long term gain as word of mouth is very powerful expecially for disappointed consumers.
