problema root

ciao ragazzi ! sono giorni ormai che provo a sbloccare il mio htc sensation xl Beats studio.
sono riuscito a sbloccare il bootloader ( mi compare la scritta UNLOCKED quando lo avvio con power+VOL )
però non riesco ad acquisire i permessi di root !
premetto che ho già letto le vostre guide e non hanno funzionato ..
in particolare il cellulare si riavvia senza superuser , e nel prompt dei comandi mi compare :
