Non riesco a cambiare tmea

Salve a tutti è da due giorni che sbatto la testa per cambiare tema alla mia app! questo è il risultato adesso:
Imagebin - A place to slap up your images.

Volevo mettere il tema nero di ICS non so come si chiama ... ma non riesco

Qualcuno puo spiegarmi passo passo come fare e dove modificare? non ci riesco proprio.

Nel file values-v14/style.xml, che viene richiamato quando l'app gira su dispositivi con api level 14+, basta modificare l'attributo
parent="android:Theme.Holo.Light.DarkActionBar"
con
parent="android:Theme.Holo"
