Hello, thanks, but I don't need it.

Do you the mean the use of a unlocked kernel? Are you sure?
If you want to make a real FULL rooy you need it. Ex. usefull to create yourself CXWM/TWRP.
No one can bypass limitation of the kernel (boot.img) voia sofwtare.
You can just make changes on teh image and rebuild it.

I have root, I have CWM.
I unpacked the boot.img and edited the init.rc than packed back and flashed - it is working, the freezing problem solved!!!
