In sintesi, negrielectronics copre con 1 anno di garanzia, me lo aveva scritto Ted, il loro assistente(umano) via chat. Per il secondo anno si spera che LG Italia si penda carico di spedirli in Korea: avevo infatti chiesto nel thread ufficiale di LG, ma non hanno ancora risposto in modo soddisfacente!
Riporto fedelmente i termini di negrielectronics, dove l'ho preso io. Per altri rivenditori potrebbe essere differente!
1.1INTERNATIONAL DEVICES:
1.1.1Many of the products we sell are international devices. These devices are free from U.S. carrier branding such as unnecessary software that slows the device and uses valuable storage space as well as physical branding found on the device exterior.
1.1.2In order to provide timely delivery of our products, international devices may ship direct to the customer from overseas locations and at times are subject to customs fees that are passed to the customer without our knowledge and beyond our control. Devices are always shipped with OEM chargers and a U.S. adapter as well as English software.

1.2BRANDED UNLOCKED PHONES:
1.2.1Unlocking carrier-branded devices voids any warranty that previously existed. For this reason, there is no warranty associated with these devices. We know of rare instances where these items have still found success filing a warranty claim with the carrier. But, this would be uncommon and does not involve Negri Electronics, although we are happy to help you if this applies to your device. Contact Us to learn more.
1.2.2Because there is no warranty on these devices, an extended service program offered by the NegriCare Protection Plan is especially valuable and applicable.
