Hello forum members. I apologise for typing in English but I do not speak Italian at all.
I hope you can help. I was gifted a smartpad 705i, but cannot remember the password so cannot use it. I downloaded files from the mediacom website (with the help of google translate) but cannot even get my pc (windows xp sp3) to recognise the pad when connected via USB. I have never had a smartpad before and need some help please.
