CWM Recovery mode su smartpad 855i

Hello everyone!
I apologize for intruding like this.
My son forgot the password for his Mediacom SmartPad 855i loaded with factory default, Android ICS .
(Not rooted, no custom roms.)
I need instructions for hard resetting the tablet to factory defaults.

Keys available: POWER, Volume UP, Volume DOWN, (hidden) RESET.

With: Volume UP + Power button -> I get the screen with android robot lying with red triangle exclamation.
Nothing else. I can’t access the recovery menu.
Tried different combinations but nothing happens.
Only android bot lying down with a red triangle.

I apologize again for intruding like this but this is the only place that I can find, related to this tablet.
And, if there are alternative, more complicated methods, I am not afraid to try them all. (Having in mind that the tablet is locked.)

You can go in mediacom site and download the firmware and all the software you need

purtroppo il mio tablet ha fatto una brutta fine e con lui tutti i file che servono per CWM Cyanogen e android 4.2.2
Mediacom con me ha chiuso :bd:

Salve ragazzi avrei un urgente bisogno della cwm recovery per questo tablet, ma i link del post non sono più disponibili, ho bisogno di voi! Grazie in anticipo

Ragazzi ho bisogno della cwm recovery per questo tablet. I link sopra presenti sono ormai inesistenti perché ddlstorage ha chiuso, ho bisogno della cwm per.istallare la cm.10 di vostra creazione.sul tablet, confido in voi. GRAZIE.

Il problema è che non avendo più questo tab non ho più neanche le varie rom o cwm... Mi dispiace
