I am the owner of the Slim ICS for Nexus S ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1390118). I have compiled a light ROM for Galaxy Nexus.

Thanks a ton to Nebucatnetzer, who was willing and patient in testing my multiple builds. It looks like all features are working in this build, hence time to update the thread and release v1.0 for maguro.

Completely built from sources, pure AOSP slimmed down.

Highlights:
5 Languages ( en ( us, uk), fr, it, de, es)
Zeam Launcher ( stock ICS launcher provided in addon package)
Basic Google Stuff Included ( Gmail,Talk, Calendar and Contacts sync)
Market 3.4.4
Stock Kernel ( for now, flash any 4.0.3 kernel of your choice)
Rooted
Trimmed base ( some removed apps, smaller language support, removed tts, srec etc ( add on package has them)).
Easy to customize.

Phone Call , they do need to work don't they

letto il posto su xda... sicuramente l'idea e' bellissima, ma ancora troppo acerba per essere flashata.. aspettiamo che maturi un po' sono curioso anche io!
