è un problema della miui
accendi la sim in un altro telefono e togli il codice pin alla sim
al momento non acceta i pin

How to Update to MIUI V5
1. If you’re using recent MIUI V4 developer verison, you can get the OTA via Updater-Check update.
2. If you’re using older MIUI V4 or stable version, you may flash the full rom of MIUI V5 to update: Updater-Menu-Download lastest full ROM. No need to wipe data
