[ROM][N4][6.0.x][7.0.x] Fake Nexus Rom for Nexus 4

Ciao a tutti
vi presento questa Rom che sto provando sul mio N4 nella versione MM 6.0.x
Dopo diversi mesi il dev è ora passato alla versione NOUGAT 7.0.x che non ho ancora testao sull'N4 della moglie

E' una AOSP NOUGAT 7.0 che integra anche le GAPPS (Google dialer, Contacts, Calendar, Webview, backuptransport, etc.. )

INSTALLAZIONE
Se si parte da rom stock o se si parte da versione precedente della stessa FAKE:
mettere il device in fastboot mode, posizionare lo .zip nella cartella dei comandi adb e dare il comando:
fastboot update <nome.zip>

Se si parte da rom differente:
mettere il device in fastboot mode, posizionare lo .zip nella cartella dei comandi adb e dare il comando:
fastboot -w update <nome.zip>

FEATURES
Come detto è una rom pura con pochi fronzoli
Il 3G è disabilitato per evitare il collegamento allo stesso in fase di avvio per gli utenti che hanno profili non economici (ovvio che lo stesso può essere attivato)
Il Multiwindow può essere setttao ON dal menu di sviluppatore

Almost same as Pure Nexus Stock image.
Enabled SEAndroid, No Rooting feature provides for security reason.
All build scripts are opened on github
3G data is disabled as default for user that has cheap data plan. But you can enable on data setting menu.
Stock rom users can use this rom without perform reset userdata partition. (In theoretically, it can be applied to other custom rom users, but not tested

FAQ on NOUGAT version

Simple FAQ on nougat build.
Q:Please apply latest zaclimon work.
A: I found that Google Camera 3,4 is not working with zaclimon device tree.
So I'll not apply latest zaclimon device tree, sooner or later.
Q: Please fix A/B/C bugs.
A: If that item can be reproduced on My N4, I'll try to fix it, but if it is not reproducable, I cannot fix it.
If you provide some hints to resolve it, it can be fixed easily.
Q: Please add A/B/C features.
A: Basically, I'll try to add features that described on Android Hal documentations in platform only.
I have no plan to add the other features, now.

And these are priority orders in fake nexus developments, currently.
Clean up device tree and build scripts for nougat
Switch user build instead of usetdebug
Simple documentations for development.
fix bugs and others.

And these are known issues
Video Recording is not working on Camera2 (It is working with Google Camera3,4)
Sometimes, Camera rotation is invalid on Google Camera3, 4
Camera 2 has a workaround for this issue, but Google Camera3 and 4 seems that removed this workaround.
1080p Video recording is not working on Google Camera3, 4 (It is not platform issue. Google Camera has this bug)
I found there are a workarounds in Camera2 app for Nexus 4.
But it seems these workarounds are removed in Google Camera3,4.
Android Media DRM service is crashed, because this rom uses old widevine drm plugin and internal c++ api of android media is changed.
If I cannot fix this bug, I'll remove widevine drm feature.
It seems that fixed on 20160905 build
It seems Android MediaCodec service is not using hardware codec.
It seems that if MediaCodec service open hardware codecs, camera server cannot use codecs, so video recorder feature cannot use.
Video Decoder Codec uses hardware now, but Encoder might be not working yet.
Firefox is crashed on current version.
debuggerd cannot print stacktrace.

KNOWN ISSUE
Nougat version is very unstable. Please use at your own risk.
Nougat version is based on zaclimon 's AOSP work. so it has same issues

This rom have a capable to record video with Google Camera3, but it contains Google Camera 2.5.

DI solito si accompagna questa rom con una MOD che si chiama CATACLYSM
Essa aggiunge (un po come fa XPOSED per intenderci) una serie di opzioni interessanti per settare molti dettagli

INSTALLAZIONE
1. fastboot flash Fake Nexus ROM (come indicato al primo posti di questo 3D)
2. fastboot flash TWRP and after boot in TWRP
3. install Cataclysm Mod with TWRP
4. install custom kernel with TWRP (optional)
5. install SuperSU 2.52/2.6x with TWRP (optional, recommended)
6. if updating from a previous release, clear dalvik-cache

E' possibile mettere cataclysm mod con aggiornamento 8 gennaio?
Siccome sono rimasto un pochettino idietro con gli aggiornamenti per moivi vari...volevo chiedere se con la 6.0.1_r7 era stato risolto il problema del consumo eccessivo del wifi..

Si ma devi usare la versione:
CataclysmMod-Jan_05_2016-MAKO-MMB29O_Stable
NOn so dirti circa il cnsumo in wifi ... a me sembra ccorretto

Ho letto dalla tua firma che usi il kernel YaYPrime..volevo provarlo,come sono i consumi rispetto a kernel originale fake? i colori si possono settare? Se si..posso chiederti che profili settare? grazie...

AL momento non so dirti circa la batteria
Chiederò al figlio che lo usa
IO ho apportato le seguenti modifiche al settaggio di default:
- 100Mv su tutte le frequenze
Ho rdotto la frequenza max della CPU e delal GPU (non ricodo i valori)
HO lasciato il governor su ndemand perchè messo su powersave laggava di brutto

SUI colori non ho toccato nulla e non so dirti se si possono settare ma mi sembra al 90% di si (controllo)
