Li ho chiesti al dev su xda e m'ha detto di guardate github...
N.B. L'ho scritto anche in Op : per una migliore fluidità quando aggiornate il kernel,flashate prima il file sooplus uninstaller (lo trovate nella stessa cartella di download indicata in OP) e poi il kernel.

Rebased on lollipop mr1 kernel source by google Introducing sooplus governor (based on elementalx governor with gboost.) Credit goes to @flar2 Cpu-boost: from cm kernel source for 100% lag free experience. (Only work with qcom mpdecision, disabled by default) Bricked_hotplug, msm_sleeper and qcom mpdecision available. (Qcom mpdecision will be enabled if you not select any hotplug in aroma) Sooplus recommended settings is selected default in aroma. Detailed aroma settings information will be added to op later.
