Hai messo il firmware nuovo giusto? Quando hai installato la rom alla fine in aroma ti chiede su quale firmware stai installando, quale hai scelto? Comunque Nell'hub dovresti trovare il fix per far funzionare il lettore d'impronte su firmware nougat nel caso hai sbagliato l'opzione in aroma, altrimenti reinstalla senza wipe facendo attenzione alla fine nel selezionare il firmware giusto.

Mi sembra che Nell'hub l'abbiano tolto, riprova a reinstallare senza nessun wipe da aroma.

a lui non funzionava piu il tasto home perchè l'installazione della 4.3.1 è stata fatta con vecchio firmware e poi aggiornando il nuovo firmware e saltato il tutto.

Bastava rimettere su la 4.3.1 senza wipe ed in aroma scegliere il tasto home per il firmware N

twrp-3.0.3-0_UNOFFICIAL-pme.img

Questa nuova versione funziona a prescindere del firmware che montate (Marshmallow o Nougat) evitando il problema della crittografia dei dati

MAGISK Version:

The Magisk version and instructions how to install it are also available via the above link.
The huge advantage of the magisk version is, that the rom itself won't touch the /system partition and so will pass safety net by default.
Additionally all carrier features that work on stock will also work now on the magisk sideloaded Viper10 rom. Means VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling and other stuff will work.
Be aware not to modify anything on /system, else you break safety net, and mentioned carrier features.
We made the OTA engine magisk compatible, so the next update you can flash without worrying about it.
The VenomHub Addons are NOT magisk compatible yet...that need to wait till the next year.
Credits to @topjohnwu ofc for magisk and for helping out on that module..and actually everywhere he can. Also credits to @Black-FR and the others guys (I don't know the xda names :D) for the testing and @nkk71 for being a sed god.

Guarda cosa voglio dire

Ciao ragazzi. Io ho fatto aggiornamento a 4.4.0, ma avendo lo smartphone in S-On e con firmware 1.xxx non ho installato la nuova ROM con la modalità per firmware 2.xxx perchè dovrei metterlo in S-Off e tutto il resto. Ma cosa cambia a livello di funzionalità? Ho visto che mi viene installato ugualmente Android 7, quindi cosa differisce avere il firmware 2 dal firmware 1? Lo consigliate vivamente o posso farne a meno? Perchè onestamente se non ne vale la pena, mi scoccia pagare 25euro per metterlo in S-Off.

Esistono altri modi per aggiornare il firmware in s-on anche se l's-off è ultraconsigliato x chi smanetta un po' sul telefono, ti può salvare il telefono in varie situazioni critiche...fatta questa semplice premessa ti rispondo di si!! Il firmware è importantissimo, soprattutto se si passa ad una major release di Android, in questo caso Android 7.0, la rom è ottimizzata x quella base e su quella base deve girare, la base vecchia prima o poi ti creerà svariati problemi..

Su kernel stock i consumi sono ancora migliori perchè il kernel ElementaX ha un impostazione di min performance diversa da 0 che sovrascrive quella della mod che è pari a 0.

In futuro proverò anche sull'ElementalX, ora mi diverto a provare le varie audio modo (kronos, acousticx e A.R.I.S.E.), la mia preferita.

su xda dice di fare cosi unroot, flash the stock boot.img, then flash magisk

in che senso non hai il backup ? ti ho detto che ho usato titanium backup per disinstallare superuser

in alternativa prova in system/app a cancellare la cartella di superuser

Dalle impostazioni disabilita Magisk hide , riattivalo e riavvia
