Information regarding the VenomHUB Store:
Ensure you open VenomHUB once before, to resync the account (If it doesn't work, go to Settings->Sync & Accounts->Venom press the 3 dots on the top right and sync)
You can access the Web store on https://hub.venomroms.com. ensure you relogin after syncing the VenomHub on your device.
If you don't see the store on the Web Hub, it cached the old version. Press ctrl+f5 to hardreload the page.
To remote install, you simply hit install on the items you want to install and then on the bottom right theres a circle with down arrow you need to click, to start the installation.
After pressing it, you'll get a popup on your HTC10 to install the requested items

Purtroppo dipende dal kernel la non compatibilità della twrp, fino a quando htc non pubblicherà i sorgenti di quest'ultimo il problema non si risolverà..ad ogni modo c'è più di un'alternativa per provare la rom nougat con firmware nuovo, ovviamente la recovery è inutilizzabile..

Ho un problema con l'installazione della rom.
Praticamente prima di installarla ho effettuato l'upgrade del firmware installando la versione 2.28.401.9 (procedimento fatto due volte con primo esito "Fail" e seconda volta "Okey", come faccio normalmente) ma una volta fatto non mi permette più di entrare nella recovery e non mi funziona più nemmeno il comando fastboot per installare la twrp3.0.2.7 o ripristinare dal rebootRUU un vecchio firmware.
come posso risolvere? il terminale va sia in download mode che in bootload. È possibile che il terminale sia brikkato? -

Prima ho fatto il factory reset dal menù a scorrimento in download mode e mi ha dato la possibilità di flashare la recovery e da li ho installato la ROM.
Una volta in recovery ho formattato in toto la memoria interna e installato la rom.
Adesso sta facendo il primo avvio.

Per una buona mezza giornata me la sono vista brutta perché questo telefono lo uso anche per lavoro e poiché ora sto nel mezzo del deserto la cosa mi avrebbe creato non pochissimi problemi.
Avevo deciso di fare questo salto perché è sempre stata un tipo di operazione che non mi aveva mai creato problemi di questo tipo prima d'ora.
Come si dice in questi casi tutto bene quel che finisce bene. :laughing: -
14-12-16, 07:55siriooEffettivamente il passaggio al nuovo firmware per android N è stato più complicato del solito , vi segnalo che è uscita ieri la nuova twrp che dovrebbe essere funzionante al 100% , a tutti coloro che vogliono aggiornare il firmware con già la viper 4.2.0 installata basta usare il firmware postato sopra che al suo interno ha già la twrp compatibile e dopo fate l'aggiornamento della nuova twrp che trovate qui twrp-3.0.2-7_CPTB-TEST3-pme.img.Quote:

To be able to install that OTA you need following setup:
If you are on old firmware and old TWRP: Rom has to be unencrypted, else it won't be able to install
If you are on new firmware: Ensure you have the latest TEST TWRP installed. it also works with encrypted data.

Facciamo un po di ordine per il passaggio da MM (Viper 3.5.0) a N (Viper 4.2.0)
Se nel caso siete ancora con la 3.5.0 con vecchio firmware e vecchia twrp fate prima un fullwipe da twrp selezionando manualmente (data,boot,system,internal storage) e poi l'installazione della 4.2.0 , poi dopo aggiornate il firmware 2.28.401.9 ed infine aggiornate la Twrp 3.0.2-7_UNOFFICIAL -
