UNLOCKING GUIDE
S-OFF AlphaRevX
TOUCH 4EXT RECOVERY
4EXT recovery /\ czshare /\ 4shared
AlphaRevX recovery 4shared /\ czshare
Download ROM + md5 file
format all partitions except sdcard to 4ext
Install from sdcard in recovery
for s-on download boot.img and flash via fastboot flash boot boot.img
for ofiicial rom in u language dont forget to change u CID back to original state mine was HTC__032 "fastboot oem writecid HTC__032"

U need new firmware flashed before flashing Rom
- from bootloader power+volDN as pg86.IMG 4 shared /\czshare/\ in root of sdcard
- then with adb reboot recovery
- with qtadb remove pg86.IMG from sdcard root
- in recovery format system data cache partitions
- and finaly flash rom.
-= S-ON FLASH BOOT.IMG as allways with fastboot flash boot boot.img (extracted from ROM)

- The firmware is in 4shared under ics folder it will flash New radio image .

ottimo hai fatto benissimo ad aprire questo post!!! chissà che riportando tutte le rom che usciranno a breve su xda riusciamo a far diventare questo forum il migliore tra tutti quelli che ci sono in giro!!!!
a parte il bug fotocamera differenza sostanziali dalla rom virtuos oppure è la stessa ma solo con il mod della batteria???

Nello specifico non so, ma io uso con ottimi risultati questo CPU tuner
