1) ben poche. Onestamente non vedo come si possa danneggiare la rom con questa procedura, piuttosto è possibile che dia qualche errore e ti lasci il telefono non rootato

intendevo danneggiare il telefono non la rom

Brickare il telefono significa corrompere i file presenti sulla memoria rom.
Per farti un esempio: se faccio il wipe e mentre flasha la nuova rom stacco la batteria al telefono, lo bricko.

In ogni caso penso esiste un modo per risolvere il brick ma per fortuna non l'ho mai provato
in ogni caso il servizio d'assistenza htc se gli mandi un telefono brickato te lo sistema.

Dipende. Se non hai fatto nient'altro nel frattempo no. Se hai usato il telefono e caricato file sulla goldcard non saprei, io mi ero trovato nella tua stessa situazione e per sicurezza l'ho rifatta, tanto ci vogliono pochi minuti.

per sicurezza seguo il tuo consiglio. Ti faccio un altra domanda visto che sei esperto,dopo aver fatto il root,come si installa una rom?

Con rom manager, comodissima applicazione già installata in quasi tutte le rom cucinate, e che in ogni caso si trova sul market.

Sto rootando, metallaro guarda che mi dà il terminale :

Si avvia il telefono senza andare nella recovery
che mi conviene fare? proseguire o ripetere la procedura da capo
