Steps For S On

Unlocked Device via HTCDEVWEB
Download this file Click Me
In your PC create a folder call "fastboot" path must be "C:/"
Extract into your PC the downloaded file, Inside "Fastboot" folder, Path "c:/fastboot"
Now extract from Rom.zip (SkyDragon ONE Rom) the file called "boot.img" and place it in your fastboot folder
Put your ONE into FASTBOOT USB MODE ( first hold down POWER button and, then VOL down, you will see button lights blinking. Once Your ONE Turns off ( between ten and twenty seconds ) release and re press same buttons but now at the same time...till you get Bootloader Screen.
Once in Bootloader you will find info such as S-on or S-off, Menu with Fastboot, Recovery, Reboot etc.
Press Fastboot and connect your ONE to your PC.
You Will see Fastboot turns into FASTBOOT USB, now you are OK.
In your PC open CMD (terminal), just press MENU in windows and in the search small windows, type CMD and Enter.
A black windows OS-like will open, you will need to do the following:
Using "cd.." means "cd dot dot", just in case, go back till get this path "C:/"
Once in "C:/" you will type "cd fastboot"
Now path turns into "C:/fastboot"
OK, now we need to type two commands
"fastboot erase cache" press enter
You will see a message like "sending...." at the end will say "ok"
Then last one
"fastboot flash boot boot.img" press enter.
Once says "OK", we are good.
Time to unplug Your ONE, and press Hboot, well, the idea here is to get RECOVERY
Once in Recovery Mode, we install the Rom as normal, remember to full wipe manually!!! (data/cache/dalvik)
Select "INSTALL" swipe, when it is done, reboot!
That s ALL

Qui non servono wipe ecc ecc. Basta seguire la mia guida, e visto che sei S on flasha da fastboot il boot.IMG
E qualche giorno fa ho aggiornato la guida ed ho scritto come andare in fatsboot ;)

Salve, ho installato la Rom e subito mi è comparso l'aggiornamento alla 4.4.3, posso installarlo normalmente o rischio blocchi al cellulare ?

Non saprei... Forse è meglio sentire altri utenti che hanno la GPE
