- Put device in bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down)
- Enter Recovery and do wipe first

Q. Can I use this ROM on S-ON devices?
A. Yes, you can use it, but you might face some issues like long reboot, missing boot animation, higher battery consumption , Wi-Fi issues and etc.
Q. My Wi-Fi doesn't work
A. You must update firmware to latest 4.xx.xxx.x
Q. Will new firmware wipe my device? Should I be S-OFF
A. It won't wipe your device, but your device must be S-OFF.
Q. My camera doesn't want to take pictures due to insufficient permissions and I don't see my files, what should I do?
A. Probably you wiped your internal storage with twrp recovery in the past. Install Terminal Emulator program out of Google play. Execute this command

Se provenite da un'altra Custom rom ( basata su Android 4.4.2 - hboot 3.16) o da quella stock, avete bisogno di aggiornare il firmware del telefono prima di poter installare la rom.
Se avete già l'ultimo firmware andate direttamente al punto 5.
- Scaricate il firmware dai link nella sezione download
- installate il firmware con i comandi codice:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware_2.12.401.3.zip
- Nel caso in cui il flash del firmware darà esito FAILED (è normale, lo fa quasi sempre) non allarmatevi e non scollegate nulla, rischierete di brickare irrimediabilmente il vostro device, piuttosto rieseguite subito il comando
codice:fastboot flash zip firmware_2.12.401.3.zip
- Se non riuscite a flashare il firmware ricevendo un messaggio tipo questo
significa che il vostro cid non è compatibile, cosa fare?codice:sending 'zip' (31010 KB)... OKAY

FAILED (remote: 42 custom id check fail)
- O Editate il file android-info.txt contenuto nel zip del firmware ed aggiungete il proprio cid
- Oppure cambiate il cid al proprio device (come ho fatto io), con il comando
Ovviamente sostituite AAA e 123 con il cid scelto. Assicuratevi di star digitando un cid lungo complessivamente 8 caratteri.codice:fastboot oem writecid AAA__123
- Una volta aggiornato il firmware potete installare la MaximusHD
- Scaricate la ROM e copiarla nella Sdcard
- Riavviare in bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down)
- Avviare la Recovery ed effettuate un backup della vostra rom corrente per sicurezza
- Effettuate un full wipe/factory reset
- Selezionare "Choose zip from sdcard" e selezionare il zip della rom
- Seguire i passi dell'Aroma installer ed avviare l'installazione
- Riavviate il cellulare al termine dell'installazione
- Enjoy MaximusHD :)
