Scusa, non avevo letto, quell'errore di RumRunner dovrebbe essere dato dal cavo che usi, usa quello originale Htc e vedi che non sia rovinato, controlla che in "fastboot devices" non ti dia errori strani -

Io ho sbloccato da htcdev, ho messo il root e messo twrp.
