Latest custom recovery Mandatory (TWRP/CWM/Philz)

* Make a nandroid backup
* Make sure your device is UNLOCKED AND S-OFF
* Download ROM and put it on internal sdcard
* Put device in bootloader mode (Power + Volume Down)
* Enter Recovery and do full wipe(system/data/cache/dalvik)
* Find in Recovery "Choose zip from sdcard" choose Rom zip file
* Proceed steps that Aroma installer gives
* Reboot device after finishing installation

Note:
1) The Photo's app still shows up in the folder on the desktop of launcher2, will fc if you try to open as the app isn't there anymore. Doesn't show up in app drawer however.
2) Apps in aroma install to System/app as data/app is having issues..
3) If you need to remove a system app, best bet is boot into twrp, mount system, open terminal in system/app or system/priv-app and type
rm -r /name/of/folder/to/remove
