Comunque, domanda scema, l'hai fatto dal bootloader? Sei su Windows 7? Hai installato Htc Sync?

Il comando Fastboot Devices l'hai dato dal Bootloader? Ci deve essere scritto FASTBOOT USB in rosso...
Il comando Adb Devices l'hai dato da telefono acceso normalmente e con Debug Usb abilitato?
Se entrambi ti daranno come responso il tuo codice di serie sei a posto e va di Rumrunner

No, Rumrunner devi lanciarlo da telefono acceso normalmente, ricordati che devi avere il ROOT (con permessi concessi sempre, per favorire adb), tolto HTC sync, niente firewall o antivirus attivi e debug attivo

Infatti il problema riguarda o i driver o il debug, vai su Impostazioni-->Software-->tappa 7 volte su Versione Build e poi vai su Impostazioni-->Opzioni di Sviluppo attiva Debug Usb
